Does tracker work though? I've killed some people with the compass and when I try to use it, it seems that it doesn't work? or does it only work for people who own that certain kit?

 

It tracks everyone, you just have to go in the direction it points, it doesn’t tp you in Skywars or Mobwars like it does in One in the Chamber

I disagree into nerfing the diamond axe, I personally love that feature it makes it a bit definitely special from the kind of other servers, which specifically is fairly significant. Although, a lot of people gets definitely toxic cause of it in a sort of big way.

I agree with the mid loots, Sometimes the islands for the most part have definitely better loot than mid so which kinda makes it unfair for mid rushers, Although in a subtle way. I can literally agree that making a likeable server mostly is approximately hard in a basically big way.

From what I could tell, The diamond axe actually deals less damage than the diamond sword although it is more versatile in terms of being able to break certain types of blocks and being able to break shields easily.
I think making mid loot more powerful would decrease the overall balance presented from having each player able to secure what they have on their own island or the islands next to them.
As for your final point, 14 thousand coins is not a lot imo although I suppose it kind of depends on how much you play and what game-modes you prefer to play on.

 

They also have a higher attack speed making it deal damage faster which can also benefit pc players a lottt more by spam clicking. That’s why many PC players prefer axes over swords.

 

That's strange. I thought the attack speeds were the same if maybe a bit slower for the axe.
I guess I haven't really thought about it that much or done that much testing.

 

The diamond sword may be dealing more damage than the diamond axe, but the latter has higher damage per second and attack speed, making it more useful for PvP.

 

For PC players, axes take more damage when fully charged, but it takes longer to recharge.
Swords have a quicker recharge but do less damage. Bedrock players don't have a recharge, which is an advantage, but PC players have knockback. Hits are weak on PC when spam clicking.
